Ripped the walls from the house
To prove that I was grown.
We mixed the words we meant to say
Yet never picked up the phone.
Screens play a movie of a life
You subjected your questionable morality to.
Life never asked for the rules
Yet in all that time nothing grew.
Laid a carpet in the woods in place
After barely cleaning the foam.
You may wish I would find peace here
Yet this will never be my home.
